Brand values are the principles and beliefs that guide your brand’s decisions, actions, and communication. They're what your brand stands for beyond profit.

Why it matters
Strong values shape culture, build customer loyalty, and create alignment internally. But only if they’re real, not just wallpaper.

Caution:
Values aren’t strategy, but they should inform it. If no decisions change because of them, they’re just noise.
